CWIEME (Coil Winding, Insulation and Electrical Manufacturing Exhibition) is one of the best-known exhibition and conference events in Germany and brings together the international trade chain for coil winding machines, transformers, electric motors, generators and electromobility. For 27 years, the CWIEME trade fair in Berlin has been a global congress trade fair for coil winding, insulation and electrical manufacturing. The global trade fair takes place every year in the month of May and is networked at the Berlin and Shanghai locations. CWIEME Berlin is a European-international event and CWIEME Shanghai addresses the needs of the Asia-Pacific region.
As an international and participative congress trade fair, CWIEME is aimed specifically at engineers, purchasing managers, procurement personnel and managing directors, with over 600 exhibitors offering and presenting their products and services in the field of solid winding.

Over 6700 experts will have the opportunity to connect with other professionals from the nation's largest convention trade show in this industry or receive free training from key representatives to help them realize their cost efficiency goals.
In order to gain the trust of visitors, experts, professionals and congress partners of the event cooperate on a concept called “Safe & Secure”, which ensures a reliable and controlled environment.
Event-Metrics enabled us to analyze visitor behavior at CWIEME 2019 in more detail. The tool helped us to optimize live events by providing important information in a data protection-compliant manner and using the sensor to measure attendee behavior. This makes it easier for providers to optimize their future trade fair concept and analyse their trade fair stand.
Event-Metrics was set up at CWIEME in Berlin in 2019. This allowed us to closely monitor how visitors behaved during the trade fair. The number of visitors amounted to 6,700 participants, including 750 exhibitors and 50 speakers.
Over the three days of CWIEME 2019, we were able to achieve important results.
