WWM at the mbt Meetingplace

Press release from 29.11.2017

The latest trends in the MICE industry, such as technology developments, new locations or event formats, were the focus of mbt Meetingplace.

In Munich this year, many business contacts were made and expertise from industry experts was presented to a broad target group. National and international exhibitors expanded their customer base, increased their profile and were able to exchange know-how. From travel and event managers to event planners and corporate meeting planners, this year's target group was broadly diversified.

Digital transformation in live communication

As an expert for digital transformation in live communication, Dr. Christian Coppeneur-Gülz gave a presentation at the Postpalast. He vividly presented how event managers can digitalize their live communication, make it measurable and save valuable time by using our event resource management software ExpoCloud. Because under increasing competitive pressure, speed, scalability and measurability are the most important and successful factors in the planning and execution of live communication measures. The topic of automated and data-protection-compliant recording of event visitors and the use of the data as a decision-making basis for the positioning and strategic orientation of live communication was extremely exciting. The audience also learned how easily event visitors can be targeted online. We call it the effective linking of live communication with online marketing.

Dr. Christian Coppeneur-Gülz backed up his presentation with exciting examples, amazing data and key figures, and revealed a few insider tips and tricks. The mbt Meetingplace 2017 was certainly not only a great success for WWM.
