Top 100 Innovation Award for strong SMEs

Top 100 Innovation Award for strong SMEs

The Top 100 Innovation Award is presented every year to the most innovative medium-sized companies in Germany. This year, we are proud to have won the award with our company in the 51 - 200 employees category. You can find out what this award means and how it came about in our latest blog article.

About the Top 100 Innovation Award

The Top 100 Innovation Award is the most important award for medium-sized companies in Germany. This year, successful companies from a wide range of sectors will be awarded the TOP 100 seal for the 20th time. A confirmation of the innovation DNA of a company.

The Top 100 Innovation Award is presented in three size classes:

  • Class A is for companies with up to 50 employees,
  • Class B for companies with between 51 and 200 employees
  • Class C for companies with more than 200 employees.

In order to prove their innovative strength in the demanding application process, the companies have to face the scientific jury. The path to the award begins after registration with a detailed innovation analysis in which questions are asked on the subject of innovation management.

The participants are assessed in five different categories: “Innovation-promoting top management”, “Climate of innovation”, “Innovative processes and organization”, “External orientation/open innovation” and “Innovation success”. Future-oriented innovation management that fits the company is crucial for receiving the Top 100 seal.

Innovation DNA as a success factor

Our company has a long tradition of innovation. We see ourselves as pioneers in our industry and are constantly striving to improve ourselves and optimize our products and services. Routine processes are constantly being questioned and rethought. This attitude towards innovation is deeply rooted in our corporate culture and is reflected in our innovation DNA.

To this end, we have established an innovation management system to ensure that new ideas and technologies are systematically evaluated and implemented. We rely on open communication and regular exchanges with our employees and customers to identify new approaches and solutions. This enables us to ensure that we are always up to date and provide our customers with innovative products and services.

The heart of WWM: our employees

Our employees are the heart of our company and we would like to thank them for their dedication and passion for innovation. Without their ideas and commitment, we would not have won the Top 100 Innovation Award.

We have invested in our employees to ensure that they are always up to date and can expand their knowledge and skills. We encourage an open and collaborative working culture where new ideas and approaches are actively supported. This enables us to ensure that our employees are always up to date and can develop the best solutions for our customers.

The foundation of our success: our customers

We would like to thank you for your trust in our products and services. Without their support, we would not have won the Top 100 Innovation Award.

We rely on close relationships with our customers to understand their needs and requirements. We listen, ask questions and actively seek feedback to ensure that we develop products and services that fulfil their requirements and exceed their expectations. This is key to our success and has enabled us to establish ourselves as an innovation leader in our industry.

Conclusion

We are proud to have won the Top 100 Innovation Award in our category. This success would not have been possible without our customers, employees and our innovation DNA. We are aware that we cannot rest on our laurels. We will continue to work hard to provide our customers with innovative products and services and to improve ourselves.

We would like to celebrate this success with you and invite you to INNOVATION NIGHT Alsdorf on 24 April 2023. You are welcome to take part in the event on site or virtually!
